Kitty sleeping with her eyes open!

This is another iPhone pic showing my oldest cat, Tazzy Grrl (age 16) faaaast asleep with those kitty eyes OPEN! She was in that deep, stereotypical leg-twitchin'-as-if-they-are-chasin'-prey kind of sleep yet her eyes were open. Kinda kooky, right?

August 8, 2008 - double rainbow!

This evening, I saw for the first time in my life not only a rainbow, but a double rainbow and I could see it from one end completely to the other! Unfortunately, my iPhone camera was not able to catch the entire width of it from end to end but I thought this picture would suffice.

A day at the park

Took this picture @ the park today and (if I do say so myself) I just love it.

I love the action of it, the shadow of the swinger and the swing as well as the shoes in the sand. (You can see the actual swing on the right. A little hard to see but its black & connected to chain).
